Throughout this autumn and winter, Royal Mail have had and plan to have multiple strikes. This has caused many delays and disruption so please be aware your orders might take longer to arrive than normal. I aim to dispatch orders in 1-2 working days.
Please see the Royal Mail website for the latest information regarding the strikes. Because of this, I have added an alternative shipping option with Evri (previously Hermes).
UK Royal Mail Last Posting Dates:
2nd Class - Monday 12th December
1st Class - Friday 16th December
(However I would advise ordering before these dates to avoid any delays.)
Shipping Costs (unless otherwise stated):
Royal Mail state that 1st class post normally arrives in 1-2 business days and 2nd class post normally arrives in 2-3 business days.
I aim to dispatch all orders in 1-2 business days by Royal Mail or Hermes parcel delivery. Living in a rural location means that postal services are not always open and travelling can be difficult in bad weather. I'll inform you if there should be any delay in dispatching your item. If you need an item by a certain date, leave me a message by adding a note at checkout and I will do my best to dispatch your order as quick as possible.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I do my best to make sure all products are sent to you as described in tip top condition. If however, you have any problems with you order at all please contact me.
I accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, except the following items:
Personal/customised orders & sale items.
Please note, buyers are responsible for return delivery costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value
